Worth The Plunge

IAH released the new male scout wig – Shaggy Wolf today, and I was a total sucker for it. I broke my “don’t top up GP” oath and spammed about 30 boxes for it. It was definitely worth the money seeing how much attention he was getting while running through Auch, and it’s extremely eye candy.

Also released with the Shaggy Wolf was part of the Winter Costume series for the Wizards, The Calienalbino. I’m not really that much of a fan for it though but one of my friends in-game was.

Another Chapter

As slated, the next update will cover the Element of Wind. These include more new content such as the release of a new rNPC, Catherine (Human), new constellation stances, costumes, changes and updates to equips/stances and a new boss raid.

There’s even a mini trailer to highlight the new boss raid which will take place in Los Toldos – spend GP to raid (you need Mystery Powders to enter Los Toldos) ? All I can say is, the loots better be worth the entrance fee

My First Chaos

I stepped into Tierra Putrefacta for the first time in my life, it has been quite a while since it was released in the game. Previously I wasn’t high leveled enough to enter, nor do I have the equipment to survive hits there. But thankfully it seems I can still manage a little bit (but not without dying a bit as well).

It just occurred to me there isn’t a proper consolidated guide for the Chaos Requiem quests, my guide making senses are tingling. But from what I found out, it’s actually a short quest for such a big hoo-ha; but of course, first timers would probably be lost entirely within that really huge domain.

Right now I’m just praying I’ll get past the Amethyst part in one piece.

Race!

It does seem odd to blog something about my GE life for once, but this just goes to show actually how little I do blog about it. I guess this could inadvertently count as a break from blogging about guides, guides, guides and more guides once in a while.

It’s been a while since I gotten serious with GE again, possibly due to my interest waning in and out of the game. I’ve started leveling once again (yes, I’m using the word “again” too much), and my characters are in tandem to working their way to Expert-hood.

Almost there, just a little more – this is actually fast if you don’t stare at the screen. When they do hit Expert-hood, I really have to worry about their equips. :/

Chapter I: The Water

GE has once again wow-ed the crowds with it’s intricate storylines behind the game. I can only say I happened to chance upon this source while looking at a Reckless Emilia video on YouTube. I feel it’s better that I shared with the rest on what the storyline in the version 4.0 is about.

According to the source, it seems that each of the elements has their own backstory representing them. The first element’s backstory; The Water has been the only one revealed so far and revolves around the Furholden family. This finally sheds some light on why Lorch has been so centered on in all the 3.6/4.0 trailers and teasers so far. And if this holds true, maybe Rio himself could have one backstory too since he was showcased beside Lorch in the teasers too. (he’s involved in the Holy Creature’s quest though)
