Errac – Side Quests

Finally, if all goes well sGE should be updated with the Errac (otherwise known as Zeia due to localization) content. However, do take note only version 3.0 content will be released so anything beyond that will still have to wait. According to sources, it should be at least April then will we get updated to version 3.4, but anyway this post aims to clean up some information not stated in the Nar-gh entry.

Errac Cornfield

Throughout the main Errac quests, finishing certain sections will unlock side quests. The side quest rewards may generate importance according to any individual’s preference. Difficulty levels are fluctuating towards the quest; but the important thing is that you need to have either a lot of Vis, patience or luck to finish the following quests.

Once again, use this map as reference.

ア二ア – Ania

ナル – Nar

リボルドウェ地下水路 – Culverts

酋長ハマン – Chieftain Hamann

団長 – Team Leader

入り口警備兵 – Entrance Guard

東警備兵 – East Guard

西警備兵 – West Guard

ハント担当兵 – Pioneer Hunt Guard

エラク二つの大地 – Entrance to The Land of Day/Night

Side Quest #1 – Obtaining the Expert stance books (aka Father’s Whereabouts)

Aw… 😦

Pre-requisites

i) Complete the Errac region quests up to the point where you have recovered Lorenzo Guliano’s glasses.

ii) Must have either Emilia Guliano or Emilia the Sage in your family.

iii) Prepare 6 x Growth Stone – a total of 600,000 Feso needed.

iv) Constellation Symbol, varies according to stances and obtainable via specific bosses depending on which constellation symbol you’re after.

1. Make Emilia Guliano/Emilia the Sage the leader in your team and talk to Chieftain Hamann and she’ll mention about the Constellation recipes. You are then required to relog, after which you have to bring Emilia Guliano/Emilia the Sage to talk to Chieftain Hamann again to activate the quest.

2. Talk to Nar

3. You’ll be asked to hunt for the quest item “Lorenzo’s Diary 1517“, which is dropped by the mob Kobold Elder who resides in Okuruta Dungeon. Drop rate is not 100% for this quest item.

4. After the diary is obtained, return to Nar.

5. Talk to Jean at Auch.

6. Finally, talk to Emilia Guliano at Port of Coimbra where you’ll be rewarded Epic Glaziums and EXP cards for your help. Also, you’re now eligible to purchase Expert stance books from her. Each stance book will require 6 Growth Stones and the specific constellation symbol, depending on the particular stance.

Side Quest #2  – Obtaining the Constellation Weapon Recipes

Pre-requisites

i) Unknown for now if the Expert stance book quest has to be completed first, but it’s highly probable.

1. Use Emilia/Emilia the Sage to talk to Chieftain Hamann

2. Collect 1 of each constellation symbol, there’s a total of 12 and then talk to Chieftain Hamann. She’ll then give you 1 Constellation weapon recipe, the choice of weapon recipe is chosen by the player.

Side Quest #3 – Trade Negotiations (Part 1)

Pre-requisites

i)  Complete the Errac Region quests up to the point where you have to protect Nar in a mission quest. (You can still proceed with this side quest irregardless of failure)

ii) Talk to Sir Lyndon

iii) Talk to Chieftain Hamann

1. Talk to Chieftain Hamann and bring her 1 Elemental Jewel (bitch). The Save Warp Position Soldier will then appear on the map once you’ve completed this quest. She’ll also give an additional reward of a Veteran EXP card (14,000,000 EXP) and 500 family reputation.

Important Note: This quest only can be done 500 times per server, meaning only 500 players per server will be able to see the location of the NPC on the map. Subsequent completions (501th and above) will be given another reward.

Side Quest #4 – Trade Negotiations (Part 2)

Pre-requisites

i) Complete Trade Negotiations (Part 1)

1. Bring 1 Ancient Hero’s Seal and talk to Chieftain Hamann. The item merchant NPC will then appear on the map once you’ve completed this quest. She’ll also give an additional reward of a Veteran EXP card (14,000,000 EXP).

Important Note: This quest only can be done 10,000 times per server, meaning only 10,000 players per server will be to see the location of the NPC on the map. Subsequent completions (10,001th and above) will be given another reward.

Side Quest #5 – Bring the Rhodolite Piece

Pre-requisites

i) Complete the whole of Errac Region quests (unknown if Nar’s recruitment quest needs to be completed as well)

1. Talk to the Hunt Mission Guard to activate this quest.

2. Collect 50 Rhodolite Pieces, which are dropped from mobs in The Land of Day/Night and then talk to him again.

3. He’ll reward you with 3 Ancient Hero’s Seal and a level 90 EXP card.

Important Note: The Ancient Hero’s Seal here is not the same as the one obtained from the Superfights. And this quest can only be done once per day.

Side Quest #6 – Golden Errac Corn Harvest

Pre-requisites

i) Complete the whole of Errac Region quests (unknown if Nar’s recruitment quest needs to be completed as well)

1. Talk to the Harvest NPC and kill mobs in The Land of Day/Night to complete the quest.

  1. From what I understand, the Trade Negotiations quests actually work the other way round. :p

The NPCs for Starting Zone and Merchant will only appear (and be available to everyone) after the quest is completed the required amount of times by the entire server. (I.e. the Starting Zone Guide will appear after the chief collected 500 EJs?)

At least, that’s how I think it works. I never did get to finish this on the test server. There are too few players and we never got beyond 150 EJs in total the last time. D:

What I do know is that the quest is repeatable and you can contribute as many EJs as you want. I gave her 2 or 3 EJs myself, and I didn’t see any starting zone guide.

Guess we’ll have to wait till the area is accessible in sGE to find out how it really works. It was still closed when I tried this morning.

  2. Wha-….all the EJs.. =.=

  3. OMG…150 ele jewels?

  4. well thats only 1.5b
a drop in the bucket for some >_>

    FF spin!!!!!!?!?!?

  6. Yes FF Spin, but it’s still up to luck if you obtained it.

  7. Every elem jewel you give to Queen Hamaan afte rthe 1st. She’ll give you 1 damaged ancient glazium.

I got inside the occulta dungeon and killed a kobold elder but nothing happened on the emilia’s diary quest.

  8. I got the Frogfish spinelle, use 10 Golden Errac Corn and exchange with the Bahamas NPC. hehe
